- The purpose of this Amendment�is to provide:� (1) Extend the solicitation deadline from 21 September 2020 at 1:00 PM EST to 23 September 2020 at 3:00 PM EST.� See updated attachment(s):� -��Attch 1 - Solicitation FA286020R0044 � � � � �---Attch 1a - SF30_Amendment_FA286020R00440001 � � � � �---Attch 1b - SF30_Amendment_FA286020R00440002 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.� The 316th Contraction Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD is seeking the� design-build construction services to repair the roof and HVAC of Naval Facility, Building 1560 on the installation.� All work shall be in strict accordance with (IAW) current state, federal and industry standards and other specifications identified in the attached contractual documents.� A site visit will be conducted at�Building 1560,�Joint Base Andrews, MD�at 11:00 AM EST on� Thursday, 17 September 2020.� All prospective Offerors are urged to attend this conference and are requested to contact 1Lt Tarha Mazyck, Contracting Officer, via �e-mail at tarha.mazyck.2@us.af.mil no later than 15 September 2020 at 2:00PM EST if they plan to attend.� If attending the site visit�and you have base access, when notified of your attendance the Contracting Officer will provide you an address to meet. If you do not have base access, fill out attached base access sheet�(see Attch 5 - Contractor Access Information Sheet)�and send to 1Lt Tarha Mazyck at tarha.mazyck.2@us.af.mil no later than 15 September 2020 at 2:00�PM EST. The following documentation is required for access: US Citizens must provide a valid Real ID compliant state or federally issued photo ID�to include Gold Star driver's license (if driving) or�passport;� valid vehicle registration (if driving); and proof of current vehicle insurance with expiration date displayed (if driving). Additionally,�Non-US Citizens are required to provide a��resident alien card; work authorization card and social security card.� Offerors are cautioned that Joint Base Andrews has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. An offerors' failure to submit requested information�at the aforementioned date/time may result in the ability to access the installation and attend the site visit. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, JBA is currently under HPCON Bravo. SOME DELAY SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED.� Offerors may submit no more than two (2) representatives to attend the site visit and all representatives must bring and wear�proper PPE (face mask that covers mouth and nose).� Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the contractor for any costs.
