- ROAD RESTRIPING, PINNACLES NATIONAL PARK, SAN BENITO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. The National Park Service, Pinnacles National Park, has a requirement for the restriping of all park roads and parking lots throughout the park. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to this solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237310, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered. The work of this contract consists of labor, materials, and equipment required to restripe four park roads including centerlines and fog lines totaling approximately eight miles of road and nine parking areas with 210 parking stalls and 13 ADA compliant parking stalls in accordance with California state requirements and applicable laws. This project will repaint striping and markings on existing roads and parking areas. All of this work must meet California state requirements and specifications for striping roadways and parking lots. Centerlines will be painted yellow, ABASS parking stalls will be painted blue, and all other lines and markings are white. Site visits are by appointment only - see Section L for more information.
