Description

Full Service Maintenance includes four (4) quarterly inspection & test visits per year. All Parts, including belts and filters, required for repair and/or maintenance are included in this contract. All normal repair work and after hours emergency service is included. �Service will be performed on all Liebert devices in the JFHQ building (3501) as well as the Sand Springs Reserve Center.� The NGOK-PFO-DPI Section purchased, deployed, and utilizes numerous Liebert Data Center Class HVAC systems in the Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) Main Data Center, and the Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) site at the Sand Springs Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC). Annual maintenance and preventative maintenance is required to ensure the systems operate at peak performance 24 hours each day, 365 days each year. Authorized Liebert Dealers are the only entities who can support this requirement while preserving the manufacturer�s warranties on the equipment. Moving to an unauthorized service group not trained on the Liebert HVAC systems would place our servers and the data held by those servers at risk of loss and may void applicable warranties. It is determined that based on this focus the government should remain with an authorized Liebert Dealer using technicians trained in Liebert HVAC maintenance and repair. Based on the provided documentation from Vertiv, the services requested can only be fulfilled by a single vendor. �Vertiv (as the owner of Liebert) asserts that RB Adkins is the only vendor authorized to do maintenance work in Oklahoma on their products.�
