- INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this modification to the sources sought notice, is to inform Industry/prospective Offerors of the two items: 1) POC change and; 2) Updates to timelines. (1) The Contract Specialist has changed from Matthew Minnick to Dawn Copeland (dawn.copeland@navy.mil). All inquiries should be directed to Dawn Copeland and CCed to Tara Brandt (tara.brandt@navy.mil). Updated phone numbers are provided within this announcement. (2) The PSC has changed to 5840. (3) The Government plans to issue a pre-solicitation synopsis on or about 10/01/2020. Please note a DRAFT� Statement of Work (SOW) will accompany the pre-solicitation synopsis. (4) CONTRACTOR RESPONSE: No response is requested at this time as this is an update to the previously posted information.
