- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The reference number applicable to this announcement is RFQ FA460020Q0046. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337214: Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: See attached PWS APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS: This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 Wages under this contract are subject to the attached prevailing wages on page 24�of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) The PWS is located on page 39�of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management http://www.sam.gov database prior to any contract award. SITE SURVEY PARTICIPANT NAMES DUE BY: Any potential offerer who wishes to attend a site visit must submit the names of those attendees by 4 Sep 2020 at 1100 CST to michael.roybal.1@us.af.mil. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME: All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 9 September 2020 at 1200 Noon CST. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted approximately 1 days after all questions are in. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME: 14 September 2020 / 2:00 P.M. CST LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)).
