- This requirement is for the design, installation and testing of a new�Centralized Machinery Control System (CMCS) for the NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson.� It is vital that the new design use and integrate with certain existing equipment. Amendment 0001 (A0001): To post references, as listed in the Statement of Work. Amendment 0002 (A0002): To extend the question and�solicitation due date, incorporate clause, amend Period of Performance. Amendment 0003 (A0003): To supply the government's responses to submitted inquiries, to include additional references and photos (as requested), and to extend the�hour and date specified for receipt of Offers.
