- Replace Gate H-832 Camp Carroll THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO MATOC CONTRACT, AREA IV ONLY. A. This RFP is in accordance w ith terms and contitions of basic MATOC Area IV Contract Numbers: W91QVN-18-D-0080, 0082, 0084, 0085, 0089, 0090, 0091, 0092, 0113, 0115, 0116, 0118, 0119, 0120, 0121, and 0124. B. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. C. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236.27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. D. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the ""No-Offer Letter"" by date and time specified in this solicitation to the POC listed below . E. The contract opportunity can be view d through the Beta.Sam.Gov w ebsite https://beta.sam.gov/.
