- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �This solicitation, W912LP-20-Q-3015, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, effective 31 Aug 2020. �This procurement is being set aside 100% for small business. �The NAICS code is 333318 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. �Basis for award Lowest Price offer which meets the Government�s minimum requirements.
