Description
The synopsis is amended to revise the quanities and adjust the delivery.� Revised quantites are as follows: Estimated Annual Demand Quantity:����26 each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity:������� 12 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity:������ 26 each Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity:��12 each (Year One Only) The Requested Delivery is 120 days for the First Article Samples, 135 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 390 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Delivery of�645 days. The re-established close date is September 25, 2020 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1560 Aircraft Bulkhead.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-006521147.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-006521147 Aircraft Bulkhead Estimated Annual Demand - 26 each Minimum Order Quantity - 7 each Maximum Order Quantity - 26 each Maximum Contract Quantity � 195 each This Solicitation is set aside for small businesses The approved sources of supply are as follows: International Precision, Inc. (3H683) P/N 341045-500 Airborne Technologies, Inc. (58730) P/N 341045-500 Aero Components, LLC (59213) P/N 341045-500 Lockheed Martin Corporation (98897) P/N 341045-500 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Critical Application Item.� Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies.� Lockheed Martin Licensing Agreement and Export Control restrictions apply as well.� Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.� The Requested Delivery is 120 days for the First Article Samples, 135 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 309 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Delivery of 564 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used.� Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).� This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.� A Reverse Auction�may be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
