Description

This is a Solicitation Notice.� This notice does constitute an�invitation for bid.� Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to repair the Transient Parking Ramp located at Dobbins ARB, GA.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business.� Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work shall consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to REPAIR TRANSIENT PARKING RAMP, Project FGWB 16-0027, 16-0028 & 16-0029 in accordance with the project�s specifications and drawings.� The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to Repair Transient Parking Ramp, Project FGWB 16-0027, 16-0028 & 16-009 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This project will provide full depth doweled joint replacement of Portland cement concrete slabs with longitudinal or transverse cracks at Transient Parking Ramp approximately 63,600 SY in accordance with UFC 3-260-02 dated 30 June 2001.� The project will also install anchors/mooring points in accordance with IC 130H2-00GE-00-1.� Replacement slabs shall be designed to support both MV-22 and C-17 aircraft.� NAICS 237310 Product Service Code: Z2BD Small Business Size $39.5M� Magnitude is Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 Solicitation will be � Invitation for Bid (IFB) Contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: 420 Calendar Days NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://beta.sam.gov to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. No Foreign participation is allowed. NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
