Attach Wage Determination WD 2015-4282 Rev. 17 (04/23/2020). See Attch 2 - WD 2015-4282 Rev 17 (23 Apr 2020); 3.� Attach Questions and Answers;� See Attch 3 - Questions and Answers;� 4.� Attach Combined Synopsis-Soliciation_Amendment 04�document (17�Sep 20). Changes include - -� Incorporate�provisions and clauses: 52.204-24; 52.204-25; 52.204-26; 52.223-6; 52.225-25; 52.232-39; 52.237-2; and 52.242-15. See Section 5.� - Incorporate Addenda to 52.212-1, ""Instructions to Offerors"" and 52.212-2, ""Evaluation - Commercial Items"". See Section 5.�� - Correct�project period of performance to reflect one-hundred thirty-five (135) calendar days from 1 Oct 20 - 13 Feb 21. See Section 4. and;� 5. Extend the response deadline from 18�Sep 20 at 1:00 PM EST to 22�Sep 20 at 3:00 PM EST.��� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.�
