A pre-bid conference and site visit�is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 Aug 2020 at 0900 hrs.� See SECTION 01000 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS on Solicitation for more information. Construction Contract for Project No. HKRZ220200, Razorback Range Extension of Water and Electric, Fort Smith AR. �The requirement of this project consists of extending the water and electric service from already existing utilities for service to two Fold-Out Rigid Temporary Shelters (FORTS).� Work will be done�in accordance with the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is be below $35,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov.
