General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Utah City:�Salt Lake City Delineated Area:�See attached map. North Boundary: North Temple East Boundary: 1300 East South Boundary: 5300 South West Boundary: 5600 West Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�Approximately 10,010 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�Approximately 10,010 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�31 Parking Spaces (Surface):�n/a Parking Spaces (Structured):�31 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�31 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�18 years Option Term:�n/a Additional Requirements: 31 parking spaces are required in total; these spaces must be both secured and structured (covered) Proposed office space may not be on, or below, the first floor of the building. Proposed space may not be on the top floor of the building, where rooftop access is within the space.� Space must be contiguous Proposed office space may not be within a shopping center or shopping mall. Proposed building and parking may not housed with (or be within 1,000 feet of) daycare facilities, hospitals, prisons, places of worship, childcare facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration, probation, public defenders, residential areas, and/or social services (including but not limited to: Social Security Administration (SSA) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As applicable, offered space must have core items (elevator banks, stairwells, mechanical rooms) centrally located in the center of the space and may not be within the proposed footprint Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
