No other terms or conditions have changed.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation.� THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.� This will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business procurement. The solicitation number is W912PM20Q0007 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00.� This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed under this contract consists of brushing, painting and signing designated segments of the existing United States Government�s property boundary to maintain a highly visible boundary line at B. Everett Jordan Lake and Falls Lake.� This work does not involve establishing new boundary lines or conducting any land survey activities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation required to maintain a highly visible boundary line at B. Everett Jordan Lake and Falls Lake; except those materials provided by the Government Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. �See solicitation provision 5.212-2. Each offeror must submit both a Price Quote and a Technical Proposal via email to Karri L. Mares at Karri.L.Mares@usace.army.mil and Ashley Stewart at Ashley.L.Stewart@usace.army.mil.� No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and the Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. In an effort to reduce paperwork and reduce cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 � x 11 size pages in no less than a 10 pitch or 10 font. Offerors may use compressions utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce file size and facilitate transmission. (Eastern Time) Title of Project: Piedmont Boundary Line Services Quotes are due as specified on the solicitation document (as amended if applicable). The time & date of Quote receipt will be the timestamp the emailed quotes are received by the Government. Do not assume that electronic communication is instantaneous. Offerors should time their upload effort with prudence by not waiting until the last few minutes�this will allow for unexpected delays in the transmittal process. If an electronic submission is uploaded minutes before the deadline but the upload doesn�t complete until after the deadline, the submission will be considered late. Offerors are encouraged to keep a copy of the upload confirmation for their record. SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for September 11, 2020 at 09:00am at the Jordan Dam and Visitor Assistance Center: 2080 Jordan Dam Road, Moncure, NC.
