- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 will be used. Solicitation# RFP 75D301-20-Q-72609. This solicitation is issued as request for quotes (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95 (effective 01/20/17) Rev 1 (02/16/17). NAICS code is 561611, size standard is $22 MILLION. Anticipated Performance Period: September 30, 2020 to September 29, 2021 plus four 12 Month Option periods at the discretion of the government to exercise.
