Description
This update includes an Attachment containing Pre-Proposal Inquiry Responses.� No RFP Amendment is associated with this update.� The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-20-R-4408 for Multiple Award Contracts Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAC-IDIQ�s) for Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) Class Sustainment Execution Contract � East Coast Part II (SEC EAST Part II).� Interested Offerors should monitor beta.SAM.gov for release of the any applicable amendments to this solicitation. This SEC EAST Part II contract will include: �Drydocking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRAs), Selected Restricted Availabilities (SRAs), Continuous Maintenance Availabilities (CMAVs), unscheduled maintenance availabilities, Emergent Maintenance within the continental United States (CONUS) and all Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) maintenance under three different MAC constructs.� See the RFP for the specific scope associated with MAC I, MAC II, and MAC III. �MAC III is anticipated to be a Small Business Set Aside for Preventative/Planned Maintenance Availabilities (PMAVs), Facility Maintenance (FM), and Corrosion Control (CC) CONUS requirements. All MAC-IDIQ�s will have five (5) one (1) year ordering periods. This Request for Proposals (RFP) posting includes restricted attachments.� Potential Offerors will need to request Attachment J-3 (Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) Force Revision). In addition, potential Offerors will need to request access to, Attachment J-12A (LCS Class Paint Specifications), Attachment J-12B (LCS 1 Variant Paint Schedule dated 01 Nov 2004), Attachment J-15 (Interface Control Document (ICD) for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Flight Zero Reconfigurable Mission Packages_1.2_Rev B_Dec_29_2015), and Attachment S-5 (Notional Work Package). To receive access to the restricted attachments listed above, provide a written request to the Contract Specialist, Brian Romano, at brian.romano2@navy.mil with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Erica E. Fetter at� erica.fetter@navy.mil and SEA 024 Branch Head Rana Movahed at rana.s.movahed@navy.mil.� Include your company's DUNS number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management located at (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). �Include a mailing address, as a disc containing the J-3 Attachment will be mailed via Federal Express to the potential Offeror.� Importantly, all requests for Attachment J-3 must be submitted NLT 1400 HRS, local time, Washington, DC on 08 September 2020.�� The Government anticipates award of the MAC IDIQ Contracts on or around March 2021. The places of performance under this contract include South East Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Mayport, FL; other CONUS locations and all requirements OCONUS.
