Description

The contractor will accomplish all tasks necessary to provide sustainment and maintenance for the Command Post (CP) and Alternate Command Post (ACP) telephone consoles. This will include licenses and emergency support in the event of a system failure and provide on-site and/or remote consultant support. This will include, but is not limited to, 24/7 help desk support and on-site visits. The contractor will perform essential maintenance 24/7 for the HP4000 License - OS247, the HiPath Trading OS247, and provide on-site phone/parts replacements, as necessary components for the Dyess CP. They will also provide licenses and emergency support in the event of a system failure and provide on-site and/or remote consultant support.
