- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. �This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in this announcement and the quote template sheet provided. �Oral offers will not be accepted. �All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08 (effective 13 Aug 2020) and DFARS Change / 06-05-2020. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, �Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance�. �The applicable size standard is $8M. �The PSC Code is J036, �Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment�Special Industry Machinery�. �This acquisition is being conducted under 100% Small-Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). PR No.: �F2DCBA0188A001 Project Title: �583rd MMXS Industrial Equipment Maintenance Services Project Description: The 583rd Missile Maintenance Squadron (MMXS) requires industrial equipment maintenance and services. �Services provide preventative maintenance and support for industrial equipment utilized to support the Follow-On Test & Evaluation (FOT&E) program & Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) program with Depot level fabrication and repairs of the Minuteman weapon system. �The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and transportation necessary to provide services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
