- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 intends to award a firm fixed price contract to perform a failure FboNotice cause analysis to pinpoint leaks in potable cold/hot/hot return water system at Loch Raven VA Medical Center. This is a pre-solicitation notice, not a request for quotations. Interested parties may express their interest by providing quotes for the solicitation once it is posted no later than (NLT) September 23, 2020 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted via email NLT 9/21/2020 11:59PM EST. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
