**Update: Proposal/Quote deadline is changed to 9/23/2020 at 11:00 AM MST. Although we are aware it is last minute, the government�would like to invite anyone who is interested in submitting a proposal to attend a site visit at Dugway, UT at 12:00 PM on 9/17/2020. You must contact Ashlee Harms at 801-775-2216 to obtain access.** Hill AFB's UTTR (Utah Test and Training Range) is in need of�all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to crush and stock pile gravel at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). This acquisition is necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Hill Air Force Base intends to establish a single award Gravel Crush and Haul blanket purchase agreement with a Projected Period of Performance of 1 Sep 2020-31 August 2025.
