- This is a non-personnel services contract to remove and upgrade current VTC and presentation/display suite in Conference Rooms 122, 201, 302, and A2C2. This includes all audio, display, & display controller, VTC equipment with four option years for service and maintenance after the initial installation. ***Site Visit Information*** There will be a site visit held on Tuesday, 22 September 2020 at 0900.� If you plan to attend, you must notify SrA Ross Bousema at ross.bousema@us.af.mil by 1200 on Monday, 21 September 2020 to ensure access to the building.�
