- Description
- Amendment 1: Revise closing date for this solicitation posting to 10/13/2020. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) , a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEACORP), CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI.� This requirement is to support the continued development, upgrade, and application of the CSA-PI Data Interface (CDI) software after completion of Phase II SBIR contract N68335-19-C-0146. SEACORP owns, and has full rights to the data that was developed under previous Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) efforts.
