- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: W912HQ?20?T?0215 � Request for Quotation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 � Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03, effective 13 December 2019. This is an unrestricted requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 713940, Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers. The NAICS size standard is $7.5 million. Description: HQUSAC requires gym memberships to support physical fitness requirements for 55 military personnel. The contractor�s facility must be within 0.5 miles of the GAO Building located at 441 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. The period of performance is one year beginning on 28 September 2020.
