- The Office of Procurement Operations at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to competitively procure education and training products and services to support the USALearning� Program during Fiscal Year 2021.� The acquisition strategy for the requirements are currently under development as the current Knowledge Portal IDIQ contract (OPM2615D0001) has not yet expired.� OPM will post information for all interested vendors related to the requirement at the appropriate time to this space.�� OPM encourages interested vendors to follow this notice to receive notification from beta.sam.gov when information is added. August 28, 2020- Please see the attached RFI. Responses are due 9/18/2020.� September 17, 2020- Please see the attached RFI Amendment 1, Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Amendment 1, and Questions and Answers. Responses are due 9/25/2020.
