- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA Jacksonville, FL intends to sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Phillips Federal for water level control systems and solid removal systems components for the Maxiem 1520 Waterjet Table for FRCMA. Phillips Corporation who is the only authorized service provided by OMAX Corporations exclusive distributor for government business. Therefore, Phillips Corporation is the only source of satisfying this requirement. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that work falls under is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment, with a standard size standard of 8.0 (millions of dollars). This is a notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with a clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the companys ability to satisfy this requirement as outline above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.
