- The Siuslaw National Forest will be advertising the 2020 Road Construction IDIQ that will cover the following National Forests: Siuslaw, Willamette, Umpqua, Rogue River-Siskiyou, Fremont-Winema, Mount Hood, and Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Contractor's attention is directed to the Related Notice(https://beta.sam.gov/opp/765d3063b69e461499370e8bb8b0ddf0/view), where the original synopsis resides, and where all solicitation documents will be posted around�1 October 2020.� Solicitation documents will not be posted at the site of this Special Notice. This Special Notice is merely a tool to allow as many contractors as possible throughout the geographic area of the solicitation to become aware of the solicitation.
