- Description
- The Department of Justice, Office of the Chief Information Officer, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Compuware Corporation, One Campus Martius, Detroit, MI 48226 for the continuation of the FDR Upstream annual software maintenance and technical support.� The purchase order will be awarded under the auspices of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization).� Compuware, Inc. is the only authorized provider of these products and services.� This action will result in a firm fixed price purchase order with a period of performance of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.� This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for information on whether additional vendors have the capability to perform this service. No solicitation document is available. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. �No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
