- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS)� the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to �procure �Market Central� A/B Switches, cards, chassis, and power supplies on a limited competition basis.� The FAA has a requirement to procure Market Central A/B Switches, cards, chassis, and power supplies for the Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO) program at the William J. Hughes Technical Center located in Atlantic City New Jersey. �Accordingly, the FAA has identified authorized small business resellers of Market Central switches and� will conduct a limited competition specifically for Market Central A/B Switches, cards, and power supplies, and only among the authorized resellers.� The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.� Any questions or comments about this announcement may be directed to Harry Lutz at harry.lutz@faa.gov, no later than 5:00 PM EST on 9/19/2020.
