- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC- Fort Knox) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to The Association of the United States Army (AUSA).� Under FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ��Due to COVID 19, the AUSA Annual Meeting 2020 is converted from an in-person event to a virtual experience with multiple booths and chatrooms scenarios. The virtual scenarios will run live on web based platforms starting 13 October 2020 through 15 October 2020. �AUSA is the host and sole provider authorized to provide�virtual scenario meeting for the Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting and Exposition 2020. � The US Army Accession Mission Support Battalion's, National Convention Division (NCD) will be the attendee for this event as a requirement in support of US Army Marketing, Education, ROTC Cadet Command, PaYs and Medical Recruiting. Attachments: Redacted sole source justification and SOW. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issue. �Any response to this notice must SHOW CLEAR and CONVINCING EVIDENCE that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. �If no affirmative written response is received by 21 September 2020 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses shall include the following: 1. Company name and address. 2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above. 3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities. 4. CAGE code or DUNS number. 5. Point of Contact name and phone number.
