Description
Solicitation Notice HQ0858-20-R-0011 TEAMS-Next Warfighter Operational Integration Solicitation The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this solicitation to procure Warfighter Operational Integration services under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support-Next (TEAMS-Next) acquisition for the Missile Defense Agency.� The Warfighter Operational Integration requirement will consist of assisting the Warfighter Operational Integration Directorate (MDA/DW) in conducting strategic and operational level interface with Warfighter stakeholders including Combatant Commanders (CCMDs), Joint Staff7, Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC-IMD), and the Service Departments to manage operational and sustainment activities with the purpose of assuring sustained mission readiness of the fielded system; continued development and fielding of future missile defense capabilities and assist with Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTmLPF-P) activities.� Additionally, the contractor shall support real-world events by reprioritizing work and adjusting work schedules to ensure mission success within budget. The requirements in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are for Agency-wide Warfighter Operational Integration services directed by the MDA (DW).� The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the TEAMS-Next Intelligence contract is available for review.� The release of this RFP is not a commitment by the Government to award a contract.� The Government will not pay any costs incurred by a potential Offeror as a result of the posting of this RFP. The MDA intends to competitively award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort (CPFF-LOE) contract to a single source based on a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competition.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 541330 (Engineering Services).� The contract will be for a base period of three years, with two two-year options, one one-year options, and one six-month option. To be eligible for award, Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM at https://www.sam.gov.� Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the beta.SAM.gov website.� Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the beta.SAM.gov website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.� If you are interested in saving searches, following contract opportunities, requesting secure documents, or signing up for an Interested Vendor List, you will need a login.gov account in beta.SAM.gov.
