Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded firm fixed price contract N00019-20-C-0046 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for production and delivery of AIM-9M MK 36 Mod 11 rocket motors for the Government of Egypt and the Government of Jordan. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(f) (2) (E), as referenced in the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-4, ""International Agreement,"" it is hereby determined that the proposed contract action may be negotiated without the justification described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3.
