Description

Document Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Classification Code: Z2AA - Repair or alteration of Office Buildings Set-Aside: Total Small Business NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumibing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The proposed work on this project consists of demolition and renovation work of the existing electrical and HVAC systems in Bldg. 111. The purpose of this project is to provide controlled environmental and room temperature conditions for a new Multi Mission Crew Trainer (MMCT). The work will include the installation of two new concentric rooftop units, and insulating various exterior walls. �See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. The contract duration is 59 days af ter NTP. The project is set-aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS Code is 238220 w ith a size standard of $16.5M. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Betw een $100,000 and $250,000.
