TITLE NAME - Camp Dawson Chalet Roof Replacements IDENTIFYING # - W912L8-20-B-0006 CLASSIFICATION CODE - Z1AZ - Maintenance of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings NAICS CODE - 238160 - Roofing Contractors / Size Standard $16.5M. SET-ASIDE - Total Small Business set-aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.502-2. DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(d), this project is expected to be betw een $25,000 and $100,000. DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES: Are applicable to this project. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT - Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and warranties and site survey to remove and replace the existing asphalt shingled roofs and install new 30-year Dimensional Shingled roofs for multiple buildings located on Camp Dawson near Kingwood, West Virginia, 26537.
