- Description
- This is a Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.� THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED.� The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a fixed price purchase order for a small business contractor to provide UiPath licenses for CMS for the purpose of development of Robotics Process Automation which shall include: UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Attended Robot. A detail Statement of Work and Schedule of Deliverables is attached. �The period of performance is anticipated to start approximately September 25, �2020 to September 24, 2021.� An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is the lowest price and technically acceptable. The award should be made within 3-5 business days of the RFQ response due date. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1.� Company Name, Address 2.� Contact Person, name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address 3.� Business Size Classification, i.e. Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman Owned 4.� DUNS Number 5.� Tax ID NO. Note: You must be registered and the registration current in the SAM or System for Award Management in order to receive a federal government award. Your quote must be received by September 18, 2020 no later than 2:00pm. � Questions must be submitted in writing only to: Phillip.Harrell@cms.hhs.gov no later than September 17, 2020 by 11:00am.
