This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GSA has a requirement for the provision and installation of new hoistway doors on all five floors of the elevator in the Ketchikan, Alaska, Federal Building (KFB). �Award resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price. CLIN 0001 � Provide and Install New Elevator Doors FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. SITE VISIT:� Two (2) site visits are scheduled to occur on August 4, 2020 and August 5, 2020.� See section I.E of The Solicitation for requirements of attendance.
