FY 2021 refuse & recycling collection services, for SFO Galveston located at: 3000 Fort Point RD. Galveston, TX 77550. Period of performance, for services start date: 01 October, 2020 until 30 September, 2021. � containers requirements: (5) 8 yard Containers� - Refuse�� - 2x Per week pick up (4) 8 yard containers - Recycling� - 1 x Per week pick up (1) 30 yard container - Refuse - 2 x Per month pick up ( on call) *please include price breakdown of Fuel recovery Fees, additional Pick up rates, and any applicable franchise fee's. 30 yard container disposal services�will be be scheduled in advance. All Quotations are required include the following additional information: � Contractor Tax Identification Number � Contractor Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number � Service information showing all specifications and�� capabilities for the service being offered for review in meeting the Government's need The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562111 This requirement is set aside for small business only. The small business size standard for this requirement is $38.5 million.
