See Amended Cover Letter ***Amendment 0003*** Please see extended due date to September 25, 2020. ***Clarification 0008*** Zip Code Verification is 35898 ***Clarification 0009*** Please review response below for Q and A: Question #2: Reference Section C.4.2 Projectile Design � Frangibility.� There does not appear to be a difference between the 9mm Solicitation and the 5.56 Solicitation requirement except for the hardness of the steel.� Can you please confirm if there is or is not a different performance requirement outside of the hardness specification? ANSWER: TESTING UNDER PHASE II, EVALUATION #13 (FRANGIBILITY) OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL UTILIZE AR500 STEEL. �THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION C.4.2 STAND AS WRITTEN. ****Clarification 10**** (Additional Clarifications) The Government�s intent is to establish multiple single award IDIQs under this single�solicitation with maximum thresholds for each IDIQ.���With respect to the FBI, will you make a request for a buy between multiple awardees for each order? A: There will be a min/max threshold for each IDIQ with a minimum allotment met for each award. How many awards is the FBI anticipating to make for this requirement? A:� Anticipated as per RFP, Primary/Secondary for each ammo type:� Total 6 contracts anticipated. With a lack of components in this current environment, is the FBI willing to be adaptive with companies, based on their ability to acquire components?� � A: The proposal due date has been extended to September 25, 2020.� �The delivery requirements are stated in Statement of Work in Section C.� If question is in regard to flexibility with components, the FBI cannot accept flexibility in regard to components required.��
