Description

Amendment 01 is to: 1.�� �Provide Contractor Questions and Answers (See Attachment: 20B0020_QandAs) 2.�� �Provide Supplemental Drawings to accompany QandAs (See Attachment: 20B0020_Supplemental_Drawings) 3.�� �Incorporate Most current Davis Bacon Wage Determination, #WD FL20200001_4SEP2020 4.�� �Contractor must acknowledge all amendments in Box 19 of the SF 1442, and block 8 and 15 of the SF 30. All other Solicitaton details remain the same. ************************************************************************************************************* This requirement is to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all work required for project DBEH 18-1500, Install Emergency Makeup Water for Critical Systems in the event of a Cape-wide water outage�in�accordance with the contract technical specifications and drawings as set forth in attachments. � A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract.� B. NAICS CODE: 237110: Water, Sewer Line, and Related Structures Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 C.� Project�magnitude is anticipated to be between�$500,000 - $1,000,000. D. The duration of this IDIQ contract will be 215 days from Notice to Proceed. E. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. F. Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government�has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
