This is not an award synopsis. 16.Description:� Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) and Rigging Support Services, and Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) Rental Services at Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan (WHE and CESE RENTAL at CFAS) and outlying areas supported by this installation under a performance-based contract that is comprised of Non-Recurring Work Items.� The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide Base Support of Vehicles and Equipment services, including the following type of work: The Contractor shall provide Mobile Crane (Truck Crane / Rough Terrain Crane/ All Terrain Crane) with Operator. The Contractor shall disassemble mobile crane before delivery and assemble at the designated location directed by the Government. The Contractor shall provide rigging support services in support of Government/Contractor crane operations. The Contractor shall provide rental service of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE). The Contractor shall provide delivery and pick-up service of CESE. The Contractor shall identify all equipment damages resulting from the Government use or rental, and submit a cost proposal for repair of damaged equipment. Contract type is a performance based, commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price, single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) comprised of non-recurring line items.� The period of performance is a five-year ordering period plus one option with a three-year ordering period.� The total potential contract performance period inclusive of all options is 8 years/96 months (01 April 2021 � 31 March 2029). 17.Place Of Contract Performance:� Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan 18.Set-aside Status: None.
