Description
The services provided by the Contractor are designed to assist newcomers to assimilate to the community and the local German customs, culture and language. The Relocation Readiness Program Manager (RRPM) manages efforts between on-post agencies and command to provide relevant information through the use of classes, briefings and short trips. The Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) ACS Cultural Adaptation and Relocation Services (hereafter referred to as Contractor) provides administrative and operational deliverables in support of US Army Garrison Bavaria, Hohenels Military Community, Army Community Service. The mission of ACS is to facilitate the commander�s ability to provide comprehensive, coordinated and responsive services that support the readiness of Soldiers, Civilian employees, Retirees and their Families. The RRP is a specialized program designed to assist military, DoD/ DA Civilians and their Families relocating and transitioning to a new military installation. The Program Assistant falls under the auspices of the RRP to assist incoming personnel, both military and civilian, during their transition process in learning about their new community, adapting to German cultural differences, language and customs, as well as becoming familiar with the services and agencies available in and around the Hohenfels Military Community.
