Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Cell, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Computrition Inc., 8521 Fallbrook Avenue, Suite 100, West Hills, CA 91304. Computrition Inc., is the only vendor capable of providing the Computrition Point-of-Sales Software. In order for the new registers to be compatible with the current ones, they must also have Computrition Point-of-Sales software. Computrition is the only company that provides the specific software that is necessary. This system requires up to date registers to maintain uninterrupted functionality of the sales.� These updated registers will allow for the continued use of required data tracking, cash registers, and use of credit card machines in the facility with no interruption in service.� The registers must be compatible with the current software system. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time.� This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.�
