��������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service �� NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION � The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Sarasota, FL that will be expiring January 31, 2023. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for 710 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors.� The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. Description of Requirements State: Florida City: Sarasota Delineated Area: Within 5 miles of 2055 Wood Street, Sarasota, FL 34237-7903 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 710 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 710 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: Three (3) years Firm Term: Two (2) years Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.
