Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Commission anticipates awarding a Purchase Order, labor hour on a sole source basis, to Professor Limao Nuno, for the purpose of acquiring Advisory Services to assist the Office of Economics to further advance the modeling development involving trade policy uncertainty. �The period of performance is October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 (12 months). ��Professor Limao is uniquely qualified as such based upon previous research he delivered to the Commission, which attributed to the ITC advancing its modeling capabilities to account for trade policy uncertainty and used to develop the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.� Professor Limao Nuno is located in Bethesda, Maryland, 20817. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to myra.lay@usitc.gov and debra.bridge@usitc.gov.������� A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
