- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, MS issues Solicitation W912HZ20R0037 which �will result in result in one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a five (5) year ordering period. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services that include but are not limited to installation, testing, servicing and maintenance of all Electronic Security System (ESS) components and related communications equipment.� This procurement is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside.� The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811213; size standard $12 Million applies. The Solicitation in is attached as document W912HZ20R0037 ESS Security. � Other attachments are: Attachment A Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ), Attachment B Sample Insurance Certificate, Attachment C Wage Determination, ATTACHMENT D Bid Schedule_Pricing. Source selection will employ award made to the offeror whom the Government determines able to accomplish the necessary work in a manner most advantageous to the Government. Offerors are encouraged to check the website https://beta.sam.gov/ frequently in order to be notified of any changes to the solicitation. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) to be considered for award of any United States of America, Department of Defense contract. Any entity wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active SAM registration in order to be eligible to receive contract awards or payments, submit assistance award applications via Grants.gov, or receive certain payments from some federal government agencies. Proposals shall be submitted via email with the subject line reading ERDC ESS Security W912HZ20R0037 to: Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to the Government via email to Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil. The Government will accept questions up to five (5) calendar days of the due date.
