This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a venue and logistics support for 18th Annual Acquisition Research Symposium and is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Product / Service: The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has a requirement for contractual support services for a hotel venue and conference space, audiovisual equipment, and technical support during the annual Acquisition Research Symposium to be held May 12-13, 2021. The scope of this requirement is for a room block at the federal per diem rate; technical audiovisual equipment and support; facility event coordination support; a completed event plan; the reservation of venue space to accommodate an expected 350 individual participants on both days of the event and the hanging of six (6) event banners.
