- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Items Services Contract for mastication services in Eugene, Oregon. The specific tasks to be performed are removing and grinding invasive grasses and shrubs around sensitive species wetlands using motorized and non-motorized tools. The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard is $15 million. The basis of award shall be the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR Subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 9, 2020. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
