Description

This is a notice of intent to Sole Source. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Departmental Operations Acquisitions Division and Office of the Chief Financial Officer (DOAD-OCFO) intends to procure on a non-competitive, sole source basis with PistolStar, Inc. P.O. Box 1226., Amherst, NH 03031, for Domino Enterprise Client, Version 9 - PistolStar Password Power Notes ID Plug-In software and support.� This requirement will result in a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. The period of performance is for one (1) year base period with four (4) 12 � �month option periods. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations; however, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. Responses shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist Akilah Bullock at Akilah.Bullock@hq.dhs.gov and copy the Contracting Officer LaShonda Keith at LaShonda.Keith@HQ.DHS.GOV no later than�September 14, 2020 by 10 AM, EDT. The subject line of the email shall read �Intent to Sole Source � DHS-20-00274�.
