Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) � Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Qubica AMF (Qubica) to replace the Malmstrom Bowling Alley�s 12 lanes, approaches and pin decks with SPL Select Series � Alliance Lane with Ultra Slide Approach and Pin Decks. Replace 12 masking unit frames and install three (3) upper and lower tier Harmony Panel sets. This requirement also includes 12 SPL Full Glow Upgrade, 12 Foul Line Warning Upgrade, six (6) pair of Edge with Durabin pinspotters and� one (1) Edge Upgrade Spare Parts Kit and training to the Edge upgrade. The existing bowling alley design and equipment are by Qubica. Therefore, all replacement items must be Qubica brand in order to be compatible with existing structure and equipment. Qubica currently services Great Falls, MT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit specifications, salient features and quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
