Description

This solicitation is structured as a one-time procurement with no option periods. These vehicle spares are in support of the Country of Belize, case code BH-B-VCG. As a result of the market research, this solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. FAR 52.212-1(c) indicates period for acceptance of offers for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers; however, this proposal shall have a period for acceptance of offers for 60 calendar days. Alternative parts are acceptable that meet form, fit and function. All alternative parts require TACOM SAMD concurrence. This action is being executed as a commercial buy, IAQ FAR Part 12.6, Streamline Procedures for Evaluating and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in which an award will be made to one responsible offeror with the Lowest Price (see section M.1). Questions must be submitted within 15 days of solicitation release. After the 15th day of solicitation release, additional questions will not be answered.
