Description

The Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Purchase of Brand Name or Equal: Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) and trade-in of existing equipment Waters Xevo TQ-S System, Product #176850029 Pricing shall include trade-in of existing equipment, installation, training & shipping. A firm fixed priced award will be made to the Contractor whose offer represents the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.� It is the Government's intent to evaluate the lowest priced offeror first. If the offer is determined to be technically acceptable all other offers will not be evaluated.� If the lowest priced offeror is determined to not be technically acceptable, the next lowest priced offeror will be evaluated and so forth. This is a 100% Small Business set a-side. �The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
